What we collect

When you make an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event type, event date, location or venue, estimated guest numbers, budget range, and anything you tell us about your event.

As you plan your event with us, we may also collect details you share during consultations, such as music preferences, song selections, run sheets and venue requirements.

Like most websites, we also collect limited technical information automatically, including your device type, browser, pages visited and general location, through cookies and similar technologies described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry with availability, pricing and a tailored proposal
• To plan, book and deliver your event, including preparing performance schedules and event documentation
• To send booking confirmations, invoices and service communications
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it
• To measure and improve our advertising, as described below

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, and your information may be handled by them on our behalf. These currently include website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), client and booking management software, automation tools that connect our systems (such as Zapier), accounting software (Xero) and payment processors. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google analytics tools, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. These tools may collect information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and whether you submitted an enquiry, and match it with your account on those platforms.
